  2. Eligibility: Our services are available to individuals over the age of 18. Minors may receive treatment with parental or guardian consent.

  3. Appointment Booking: Appointments can be booked via our website, phone, or in person. Confirmation of booking will be sent via email or SMS.

Payment and Fees

  1. Consultation Fees: Fees for consultations and treatments will be communicated at the time of booking and are subject to change without prior notice.

  2. Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

  3. Insurance: Patients are responsible for checking with their insurance providers regarding coverage for osteopathic treatments. We can provide receipts for insurance claims upon request.

Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a £20 charge.

  2. Refunds: Refunds for pre-paid treatments will be provided if cancellations are made within the specified timeframe. No refunds will be given for services already rendered.

Patient Responsibilities

  1. Medical History: Patients must provide accurate and complete medical history information. Failure to disclose relevant health information may impact the effectiveness and safety of treatments.

  2. Follow-Up Care: Patients are expected to follow the care plans and advice provided by their practitioner. This includes attending follow-up appointments and adhering to prescribed exercises and lifestyle modifications.

Practitioner Responsibilities

  1. Professional Standards: Our practitioners are fully qualified and adhere to professional standards and codes of conduct. They are committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care.

  2. Confidentiality: Patient information is kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing care. Information may be shared with other healthcare providers with the patient's consent.

Limitation of Liability

  1. Medical Advice: The information provided during consultations and treatments is for educational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice for specific conditions or treatments.

  2. Treatment Outcomes: While we strive to provide the best possible care, we cannot guarantee specific treatment outcomes. Patients are encouraged to discuss any concerns with their practitioner.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Draycott Osteopathy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
