Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a £20 charge.

Refunds: Refunds for pre-paid treatments will be provided if cancellations are made within the specified timeframe. No refunds will be given for services already rendered.
